

Franca has received her advanced certificate for Professional Cake Decoration from McCall's School of Cake Decoration. She has been employeed in the baking industry since 1995 and has been with Art House Dessert since 2003. In 2004 Franca was awarded a Silver Medal by the Escoffier Society Culinary Salon for the competition category of Decorated Theme Cakes.
